Petitioners approached this Court as their representation for police assistance was not considered.

Learned advocate for the State submits that in the meantime costs have been deposited for police assistance.

Accordingly, police authorities would take steps.

In view of the changed circumstances, I direct the police authorities to co-operate and coordinate with the bank authorities for effecting their statutory powers under the law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30711 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
