In re : CAN 1 of 2024 CAN 1 of 2024 is moved by the learned counsel for the petitioner praying for recalling the order dated 08.03.2024 which was dismissed for default. It appears that the application is delayed by four days. But no application for condonation of delay is filed.

Considering that there is only a delay of four days, the said delay is condoned in the interest of justice irrespective of fresh application. The order dated 08.03.2024 is hereby recalled.

The writ petition being WPA 29168 of 2023 is restored to its original file and number.

CAN 1 of 2024 stands disposed of.

As none appears for the respondents, petitioner is directed to effect fresh service upon all

the respondents through Speed Post and file affidavitof-service on the on the next date of hearing. Matter to appear in the monthly list of August, 2025.
