The petitioner has filed an application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for interim order for restoration of the electric connection.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents prays for time to file affidavit-in-opposition. The respondents have filed the additional affidavit/documents on behalf of the respondents after serving the copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Let the same be kept with the record.

4. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the respondents are directed to file affidavit-in-opposition, if any, in connection with CAN 1 of 2025 within a period of one week after Winter Vacation.

Affidavit-in-reply to the additional affidavit/documents filed by the respondents as well as

the affidavit-in-opposition, if any, to the CAN 1 of 2025 be filed by the petitioner within a week thereafter.
