1. The orders dated 20.09.2023 and 10.10.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Baruipur reflects that initially an order was passed in favour of the plaintiff for repairing the boundary wall. By the subsequent order the Civil Court directed the Officer-inCharge, Baruipur Police Station to take steps for implementing the earlier order dated 20.09.2023. The petitioner submitted a representation on 24.05.2024 to the Superintendent of Police, Baruipur.

2. Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate for the State submitted a report, which is taken on record. The report reflects that the police authorities are ready to render assistance for complying with the order

dated 10.10.2023 passed by the Civil Court in TS Case No. 142/2002. In view of the same, if the petitioner communicates with the police authorities for complying with the direction passed by the Civil Court, the police authorities would render appropriate assistance particularly with regard to the repairing of the boundary wall.

3. With the above observations, WPA 30367 of 2024 is disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
