Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that information was not sent to the police authorities particularly with regard to the violations pursuant to the directions passed by the civil court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Sonarpur Police Station Case No. 95 of 2025 dated 15.01.2025 was registered for investigation on receipt of a written complaint on 15.01.2025. A sharp vigil has also been kept by the police authorities in respect of adherence to the order passed by the civil court.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 4 and 5 is present and denies the contentions advanced in the writ petition.

Having regard to the fact that steps have been taken by the police authorities, I am of the view that further interference of this Court is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30599 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocates appearing for both the parties.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
