Parties are represented through their respective learned counsels.

This petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India assails the interlocutory order dated 10.12.2025 passed in OA No. 1811 of 2025 whereby the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench admitted the petition and posted matter on 19.01.2026.

The singular grievance of the petitioner as projected is that on the date of admission i.e. 10.12.2025 the Tribunal did not consider the prayer of the petitioner for interim relief.

Since the prayer for interim relief is under consideration and the matter is already listed on 19.01.2026, we deem it proper to dispose of this petition by requesting the Tribunal to consider and decide the said prayer for interim relief expeditiously, preferably on the next date of hearing.

With the aforesaid observations and without expressing any opinion of merit, this petition is disposed of.
