1. Liberty is granted to correct the cause title of the petition.

2. Petitioner contends her son and daughter-in-law committed suicide. She has been falsely implicated by the father of her daughter-in-law. She prays for anticipatory bail.

3. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer.

4. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner's son as well as daughter-in-law committed suicide. It is contended they had a quarrel and committed suicide. Allegation of demand of dowry by the petitioner requires to be assessed in light of the aforesaid submission and the peculiar circumstance where the husband had also committed suicide with his wife at the appropriate stage of the proceeding.

5. In this backdrop and as petitioner is a lady and there is no chance of abscondence, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the Signed By :

satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of BNSS 2023.

7. Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
