I have considered the application as well as the purpose for which the writ petition was preferred. The writ petition was preferred mainly for the purpose that an ad-interim order directing the police authorities, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to give immediate police posting with cost of petitioner for Milad over rock of House of petitioner's which will be held on 16.01.2025;"

Pursuant to the direction of the Court there has been no instance of violation of the Court's

order. Petitioner now is aggrieved regarding the previous incidents and the criminal cases which were earlier pending. Since no affidavits were called for from any of the parties and the petitioner was granted protection so far as the Milad is concerned, I am of the view that no cause of action has been created for entertaining the review application. Accordingly, RVW 45 of 2025 is dismissed.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
