Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.3 and 4 has informed that after filing of this petition the construction of the Court Building at Barrackpore has already been done and the new Court Building has been inaugurated in October, 2020.

In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in this petition, which is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
