Mr. Nadeem Sulaiman, learned Advocate for the Madrasah Board submits that the writ petitioner has filed a writ petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court being Writ Petition (Civil) No.566 of 2024 seeking for release of salaries in their favour. In the present writ petition challenge has been made against order of the Director of Madrasah Education, Government of West Bengal dated 19th February, 2021 by dint of which the prayer of the petitioners for approval of their appointment has been turned down. The prayer made before the

Hon'ble Supreme Court is related to the present writ petition. He seeks to file report.

Let such report in the form of affidavit be filed by the Madrasah Board, the respondent No.4 within a period of two weeks.
