1. The petitioner, claiming to be a social worker and a crusader of sort, seeks quashing of a complaint made against her by the respondent no. 5 before the respondent no. 4.

2. Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent no. 4, informs that the complaint has been registered and the enquiry/investigation is underway. He further submits that the petition is premature.

3. Petitioner will be entitled to service of the complaint, only if the respondent no. 4, upon perusal of the enquiry/investigation report, forms an opinion adverse to the petitioner.

4. In view thereof, it is clear that the writ petition is pre-emptive and is, accordingly, dismissed.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

6.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
