Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering several representations made from time to time before the authority concerned and the last such representation was made on 3rd October, 2023 being at page 86 of the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 29159 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 3rd October, 2023, in accordance with law and by passing

a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized reprsentatives, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation and the same shall be considered by the respondent authority concerned strictly in accordance with law.
