1. By way of filing this public interest litigation the petitioner seeks for a direction to consider the representations dated 15.01.2021 and 02.08.2023 wherein a prayer has been made for closing down the liquor shop.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the government on instruction submitted that the petitioner, who submitted the representations, is an advocate and he was called to appear before the appropriate authority but he has failed to appear.

3. Be that as it may, since the representations are pending consideration, there will be a direction on the third respondent to consider the representations and send an appropriate reply to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.
