1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected in 2022. Thereafter the petitioners had absconded. Presently they renew their prayer for anticipatory bail. We find no reason to revisit the issue afresh.

3. Accordingly, application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

4. We direct the petitioners to appear before the jurisdictional court within seven days from date and pray for regular bail.

5. In the event they do so, the court shall consider their bail prayer independently and in accordance with law.
