Learned advocate for the State submits that the State Administrative Tribunal is not functioning, for that reason the writ application is moved.

The grievance of the writ petitioner in this case is that the representation made by the writ petitioner on 5.12.2025 for revocation of suspension is pending consideration.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, this court is of the view the no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the writ application pending. 6.
Thus, the writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider and
decide the representation made by the writ petitioner on 5.12.2025 at page 23 of the writ petition in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity to the writ petitioner of being heard. 7.
Such decision shall be taken within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the order. 8.
Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
