The writ petition was preferred with prayers for disturbance, obstruction in the property of the petitioner at the behest of the private respondents. A long standing dispute relating to land is existing. Report submitted by the state be kept with the record.

Report reflects that the police authorities have taken steps under section 107 as well as section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that in case petitioner is aggrieved he will be at liberty to approach the appropriate jurisdictional criminal as also the civil court under the relevant provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 29151 of 2023 is disposed of.
