This application is filed with a prayer for directing the Appellate Court to consider and dispose of the appeal expeditiously. Thus this court does not find any ground to keep this matter pending.

This application is disposed of with a request to the learned Additional District Judge 16th Court at Alipore to consider and dispose of the Misc. Appeal No. 235 of 2025 within a period of six weeks from the next date fixed.

It is, however, made clear that the petitioners shall not pray for any unnecessary adjournments before the learned Appellate Court.
