As none appears for the State, Mr.

Suddhadev Adak, learned advocate, is directed to represent the State.

His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Petitioner and the private respondents appear to be related.

However, the private respondents are restricting the entry of the egress of the petitioner at the subject property situated within the jurisdiction of Maheshtala Police Station. In case the petitioner is able to establish her right by producing relevant documents with the police station concerned and is able to show that earlier she was staying and/or in occupation of the property referred to, the police authorities would ensure her interest for

entering the property, however, the same would not create any right, title and interest in the property if there is a dispute pending before a civil court between the petitioner and private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30413 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
