1. At the time of call no one represents applicant.

2. Alleged contemnors are represented by learned advocate who has submitted order passed by a coordinate bench on 4th December, 2015 on the connected writ petition is complied with. In support of such submission made on behalf of alleged contemnors copy of the memo dated 30th October, 2025 issued by the District Inspector of Schools (SE) Kolkata is placed before this Court and same is taken on record.

3. Placing reliance on said memo dated 30th October, 2025 it is submitted that benefit of postgraduate scale of pay was extended to the petitioner and arrear dues were also paid by releasing Rs. 23,64,898/- in favour of the petitioner.

4. In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the alleged contemnors contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
