2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the representation for inter district transfer made to the Director of Health Service being the respondent no. 3 herein has not been considered till date.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Director of Health Service, Nursing Branch being the respondent no. 3 herein to consider and dispose of the representation made within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.

4. Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order, duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
