1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by issuance of notice under Section by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to stop the work.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the representation for regularization in respect of T-14D/1, Linton Street, Police Station-Beniapukur, Kolkata-700014 is not considered by the Special Officer Building, Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

4. Learned advocate for the KMC submits that the Special Officer may consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Special Officer Building being the respondent no. 3 herein to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.

6. Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

7. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

8. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with all supporting documents at the time of communicating the order of this Court.

9. Petitioner will be at liberty to place all relevant provisions of law before the authority at the time of hearing.

In the meantime, no coercive steps shall be taken by the authority.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
