The grievances of the writ petitioner is that there is inaction on the part of the municipal authorities being respondent no. 11, 12 and 14 in considering his representation for which the petitioner is suffering health hazards.

Thus this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 11, 12 & 14 to consider and dispose of the representation in accordance with law after giving the writ petitioner an opportunity of being heard. Such decision shall be taken within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
