Learned Advocate for the writ petitioners, learned advocate for the North Dum Dum Municipality and learned Advocate for the State of West Bengal are present.

Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

It is the grievance of the writ petitioners that in spite of making the mutation application and in spite of the hearing being conducted and in spite of the order being passed by the Municipality the mutation is not given effect to by the Municipal Authorities.

Mr. Roy, learned advocate appearing for the North Dum Dum Municipality, submits that a hearing

was conducted and an order has already been passed.

5.

In the facts and circumstances, the Municipal Authorities are directed to communicate the decision of the hearing to the writ petitioners within one week after vacation.

6.

WPA 30024 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
