1. Learned advocates for the parties are present.

2. Learned advocate for the writ petitioners submits that the respondent no. 3 has not considered the order of the learned Civil Court and the representation made by the writ petitioners marked annexure -'P4' to the writ petition.

3. In the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the writ application pending.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of by directing the District SubRegistrar-I, Barasat being the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the representation dated 08.05.2025 at page-86 of the writ petition after giving an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioners and the private respondent and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order.

4. It is made clear that the parties will be at liberty to produce all documents and raise all relevant provisions of law before the respondent no. 3.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
