Fake Indian currencies were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Out of fourteen prosecution witnesses, five were examined.

It is canvassed on behalf of the petitioner that the seizure list witness turned hostile.

The entirety of the evidence of a hostile witness need not be discarded at the trial. The evidence is required to be evaluated on the conclusion of the trial.

As the materials on record stand, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application being C.R.M. (DB) 4409 of 2024 stands dismissed.
