Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 21 and 37 submit that the learned Trial Judge, who was requested to dispose of the appeals within a limited period, is at present indisposed and not in office. 2.

As such, it is prayed that the learned Judge who in charge of the said court be asked to comply with the order of this court.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the regular Judge is due to resume services soon. 4.

Accordingly, let the matter stand adjourned till January 2, 2025 for passing further orders, if necessary.
