3. The grievance of the writ petitioners is that the representation made by the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 on 29. 01.2024 is pending consideration.

4. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and by passing a reasoned order.

5. However, as the copy of the representation of the petitioner No. 1 is not annexed to the writ petition, the said writ petitioner is granted opportunity to file a fresh representation for consideration by the said authorities.
