1. The matter was mentioned on behalf of the petitioner for non-prosecution. However, none appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

2. Learned counsel for the Distribution Licensee submits that, in the meantime, the electricity connection has been effected in favour o the petitioner, thus rendering the writ petition infructuous.

3. Accordingly, WPA No. 29176 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
