In the said statement as well as the declaration the lady has expressed apprehension for withdrawing the case at this stage until and unless the terms of the agreement are materialized.

Accordingly, at this stage no interference is made in respect of the prayer so advanced by the petitioner. CRR 5004 of 2023 is, accordingly, disposed of. Petitioners would be at liberty to approach this court at the appropriate stage if there are subsequent change of circumstances.
