2. Heard the learned advocate representing the respective parties.

3. None appears on behalf of the municipality despite service.

4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the representation for carrying out urgent repairing work filed on 2nd December, 2025 has not been considered by the municipality till date.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Executive Officer, South Dum Dum Municipality being the respondent no. 6 herein to consider and dispose of

the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of 5 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

6. An opportunity of hearing shall be given to all the necessary parties. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order, duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
