1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's representation made before the municipal authorities alleging illegal construction at the behest of the private respondents has not been considered till date.

3. The instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Chairman, Baranagar Municipality being the respondent no. 2 herein to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26th December, 2025.

4. Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date

of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.

5. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

6. Liberty for interim relief may be made before the municipal authorities.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order, duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
