The prayers in the writ petition is for a direction upon the respondents not to withhold/interrupt smooth plying of the petitioners' vehicle till 12th March, 2018 and endorse counter-signature in the permit of the petitioners, which was valid till 12th March, 2018. No relief has been claimed by the writ petitioners in the writ petition beyond 12th March, 2018.

In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
