Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioners are parents of the victim girl. It is alleged they participated in a child marriage. However, it is contended that the victim was married against her will. Keeping in mind the aforesaid fact and other attending circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that they shall Signed By :

appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
