In view of the subject matter of the writ petition involving a family dispute, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there are change of circumstances. In case there are change of circumstances, petitioner will bring the same to the notice of the Officer-in-charge of Rajabagan Police Station who will consider the ground reality and thereafter consider a fresh representation of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 29178 of 2023 is disposed of.
