This revisional application is filed challenging the impugned orders dated 24.07.2014 passed by the learned Trial Court whereby the application filed by the present petitioners/defendants was rejected. Against the said impugned order the present revisional application is filed which is pending since 2014.

There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners have lost their interest to proceed with the present case. Accordingly the revisional application being CO/3494/2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
