Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. However, the report of the State do not contend of such FIR being registered.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner has submitted her satisfaction regarding the steps taken by the police authorities, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 30674 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record.
