Learned counsel for the appellants, at the outset, submits that after filing of the appeal, it was detected that this Court does not have pecuniary jurisdiction to take up the matter.

Accordingly, on the prayer of the appellants, FMAT No. 496 of 2024, along with CAN 1 of 2025 and CAN 2 of 2025, are dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the appellants to prefer an appeal against the impugned order before the appropriate court having pecuniary jurisdiction, subject to the legal provisions as to limitation. 3.

Liberty is given to the learned Advocate-on-record for the appellants to take back the certified copy of the impugned order upon furnishing a photocopy thereof for the records.

There will be no order as to costs.
