1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Petitioner had uploaded obscene pictures of the victim and extorted money from her. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

4. Trial court is directed to examine the victim at the earliest.
