Mr. Souritra Ganguly Mr. Debasish Kundu .....For the Petitioner Mr. Prabhat Srivastava .....For the Respondent No.6 The petitioner invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court seeking issuance of writ in the nature of prohibition prohibiting the respondent authorities, their men, agents from withholding supply of the papers/documents in the representation dated July 29, 2015 being 'Annexure - P/10' and further from withholding the supply of information as sought for in the representation dated 08.05.2015 being, 'Annexure - P/8'. At this stage, learned advocate for the petitioner submits with written instructions that the petitioner has expired on 5th November, 2019 leaving behind his legal heirs and representatives and at present they are not interested to proceed with the case. I have heard Mr. Souritra Ganguly learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Prabhat Srivastava, learned counsel for

the respondent no.6 who has no objection if the writ application is not being proceeded. The written instruction filed in Court be kept with the record.

Having regard to the written instruction pressed in service by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ application being, W.P.A. 29849 of 2015 is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as not pressed.

Accordingly, all pending connected applications are disposed of.
