Re: CAN 1 of 2025 (an application for modification) The writ petitioner/applicant is aggrieved by the order dated 16.01.2025 and has preferred an application for modification of the said order dated 16.01.2025. On the date when the order was passed, learned advocates for the petitioner, the State and the respondent nos. 7 to 11 were present. Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner/applicant intends to submit that there was a factually wrong recording in the order which was pursuant to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner.

Having considered that the said order was passed in presence of all the parties, I am of the view that the factual circumstances in an order which has been finally disposed of cannot be modified subsequently. If the petitioner/applicant is

aggrieved, the petitioner/applicant would prefer appeal before the appropriate forum.

Accordingly, the application for modification of the order dated 16.01.2025 being CAN 1 of 2025 is dismissed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
