On prayer of the petitioners, liberty is granted to correct the cause title of the application.

The petitioners have assailed the order dated 22nd November, 2024 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia in GR 812 of 2007 directing issuance of warrant of arrest against them.

The petitioners were on bail and failed to appear before the learned Magistrate on 22nd November, 2024 for which warrant of arrest was issued against them. The petitioners undertake to surrender before the learned Magistrate within a fortnight from date. If the petitioners surrender before the learned Magistrate within a fortnight from date, they shall be allowed to remain on the same bond.

In the event the petitioners fail to surrender before the learned Magistrate within the stipulated time frame, the learned Magistrate shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioners in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

The warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners vide order passed on 22nd November, 2024 be stayed till 17th April, 2025.

The revisional application being CRR 5397 of 2024 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
