Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation was not considered by the Officer-inCharge, Gangasagar Coastal Police Station. The main grievance of the petitioner relates to the land in issue which he has purchased and had been cultivating.

According to the petitioner, the private respondents are obstructing in the cultivation of the said land.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents opposes such contention including the incidents which have been complained to the concerned police station.

Learned advocate for the state submits a report. Let the same be kept with the record. Report reflects that the police authorities have kept a vigil and also drawn up proceedings under section 126 of BNSS.

Having considered the nature of the accusations made so far as the right, title, interest, ownership, cultivation of the land is concerned, petitioner will approach the jurisdictional civil court for necessary remedies.

Police authorities, as is reflected in the report, have kept a strict vigil. They are directed to continue with such vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace takes place because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 30580 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
