1. Petitioner has come for relaxation of condition of bail.

2. It is submitted that by virtue of the order dated 4th March, 2025 while granting bail condition was imposed, which includes to remain within the territorial limits of Kolkata Municipal Corporation and shall appear before the O.C./Inspector-in-Charge of S.T.F. Police Station once in a week.

3. Learned Prosecution submitted a report showing compliance of the bail condition and the same be kept with the record.

4. It further transpires that charge has been framed and the evidence of P.W.1 is completed and next date is fixed for evidence of P.W.3.

5. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner has complied with the condition, the condition imposed is hereby modified to that extent that the petitioner shall meet the O.C./Inspector-in-Charge of

S.T.F. Police Station once in a month in place of once in a week. Other condition still remain in force.

6. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
