Learned advocate appearing for the de facto complainant refers photographs of the injury suffered by the victim. We perused the materials in the Case Diary.

Apparently, in an incident of assault, the injured suffered deep cut injuries on the scalp, hand and the palm and number of stitches were required to be administered.

Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioners as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5759 of 2023 is disposed of.
