A person was murdered. Death occurred due to bomb blast. There are materials in the Case Diary implicating both the petitioners in the incident.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5762 of 2023 is disposed of.
