This is the third instance that the writ petition has been called on without any representation.

The writ petitioner seeks orders for formation of a committee to look into the issue facilitating the petitioner to contest the Parliamentary elections of 2024. There is no prayer for issuance of any writ in this petition. 3.

The election process has long been completed and the petition has, thus, become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
