1. Let affidavit-of-competency as filed in Court be kept on record.

2. The apprehension of the petitioners, that they have been blacklisted on account of an alleged deviation from the contractual terms, is completely belied by the respondent.

3. Mr. Bihani, learned Senior Advocate, appearing for the respondent, states that he has received a communication from his client that no such blacklisting of the petitioners has been made and the apprehension is unwarranted.

4. A copy of such communication dated November 10, 2025 is kept on record.

5. The petitioners, thus, have no further grievance in this matter.

6. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
