Chatterjee ..for the petitioner In Re: CAN 1 of 2025 By filing this application, the applicant submits that due to a misreading of the order dated December 20, 2024, passed in this writ petition, he could not prefer the statutory appeal within one month from the date of the said order.

For ends of justice, I extend the time to file the appeal for a further period of fifteen days from date. The stay of operation of the demolition order is also extended for a period of one month from date. The other parts of the order shall remain the same. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
