Petitioner is a Bangladeshi citizen. He contends he had come to India to pursue his education and had over stayed. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for State opposes the bail prayer. 3.

We have considered the materials on record which prima facie show that petitioner is illegally staying in India.

Under such circumstances and as he is a Bangladeshi national, we are not inclined to grant bail to petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. (Gaurang Kanth, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
