The matter was earlier sent for mediation, vide Court's order dated January 7, 2025.

However, it is informed by Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that during pendency of the mediation process, the respondent No.6, has breathed his last, in the month of February, 2025. In such view of the fact, the present writ petition appears to be infructuous.

The writ petition WPA 30656 of 2024 is, therefore, dismissed being infructuous.

Let this order be communicated to the Member Secretary, Mediation Committee, High Court Calcutta, to be further sent to the learned Mediator for information.
